Our commissioned notary travels to homes, hospitals, nursing homes, offices and other approved locations to notarise affidavits, acknowledgments, powers of attorney, real‑estate documents and more. Service is by appointment and subject to facility rules.
We assist landlords and property managers with service of notices, eviction and lease‑violation paperwork, occupancy checks, condition inspections and other tenant communications.
For evasive defendants or respondents we employ professional investigative resources, database research and field enquiries to locate individuals before service.
We file your documents with the appropriate court or clerk’s office and retrieve stamped copies, judgments and other records as needed.
We work with collection agencies and attorneys to serve judgments, garnishments and other post‑judgment enforcement documents.
We can coordinate simultaneous service on multiple defendants in the same action or across multiple addresses.
When necessary we perform stakeouts and special time‑of‑day attempts to make contact with evasive defendants.
Affidavits of service are prepared and notarised quickly after service is completed. We can also provide proof of diligent attempts when required.
